SATISFACTION GUARATEED! Gemology Tools and the ISG guarantees that all products are of the finest quality available at the published prices. Any problem you may experience please contact us immediately using the Contact Us form provided in the top drop-down menu. All purchases may be returned within 7 days of receipt based on being in new and unused condition, an accompanied by original packaging with original documents. ISG reserves the right to inspect before refunds are issued. 

International Shipping: Students are 100% responsible for all customs and import duties for all shipments sent to you from this website. No exceptions. Shipments that are returned due to the student not paying the customs or import duties in your country will result in a restoking fee of 20% pending inspection of the shipment as received in good order.

Legal Jurisdiction: In the unlikely event of a legal dispute on any issue, the agreed jurisdiction for all actions will be Bexar County, Texas.
